Hi! I'm Lantz and I want to build something stellar with you.

Product as a Process

My goal is to make products that turn everyday users into lifelong evangelists.

Product development is a never-ending cycle of gathering, assessing, executing, and measuring. My product philosophy is firmly anchored in an evolutionary framework that produces impactful products through measured iterative growth resulting in happy users and business success.

Work Experience

AltSource, Inc.

2019-Present

 Product Manager

As a part of the growth arm of AltSource, I am the primary owner of the discovery, definition, development, and deployment of custom software solutions for clients across an array of industries and technologies. I'm also responsible for account management of clients, sales support and resource planning.

Digitas

2017-2019

Product Management

At Digitas I partnered with global enterprises to ideate, design, and develop solutions in support of digital marketing initiatives. I had the chance to work with exciting future technologies and leverage robust data and analytics to iterate quickly on time-sensitive and high-impact products.

Punchkick Interactive

2015-2017

Product Strategy

My time at Punchkick was spent growing, and then flexing, my expertise in mobile product development. Working with clients ranging from scrappy startups to Fortune 50 companies, I successfully delivered products built with an emphasis on elegant UX and data-driven features.

Interapptive, Inc.

2013-2015

Product Technician

Operating as the main conduit between users and the engineering team, at Interapptive I played a pivotal role in gathering requirements, requests, and needs from users to be articulated back to the engineering team for implementation. In lieu of a proper product discipline, I filled the gap and became an integral part of long-term planning for the core consumer product.
